Client Relationship Manager

The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for sourcing new client accounts and maintaining client relationships. The Client Relationship Manager will be expected to make their own schedule, including attending networking events and client meetings, and cold calling across Northeast Ohio. A basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies is strongly preferred, but not required.

This position will require strong communication skills. Previous sales or marketing experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will be very organized and detail oriented, as well as self motivated.

This individual must have their own form of transportation and be available to work during traditional business hours. There are no hour requirements, but benchmark goals will be set each month and tracking reports of work activities will be expected. Business cards and marketing materials will be provided at no cost.

Compensation is entirely commission based. The Client Relationship Manager will receive a substantial percentage of all contracts self sourced, as well as receive retention and quarterly bonuses based on performance.
